November 30th is a day that none of us will ever forget. As we move forward, each person’s path may be different and not always easy. A survivor of the Columbine High School shootings, Sister Mary Gianna will use pieces of her own story to assure us there is hope in the journey.
Sr. Mary Gianna is a member of the Disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ, a Franciscan religious community. Growing up without any faith, she had a life-transforming conversion after surviving the shootings at her high school, which led her on a gradual path to truly seek God’s plans and purpose for her. God has given her an appreciation for life and the desire to help others live life to its fullest.
“You will show me the path to life ...” (Psalm 16:11)
