"Serve Like Jesus" — Ministry Sign-up Fair

One basic characteristic of the personality of Jesus is His attitude of service, and it helps us look deeply into His character. Some say Jesus’ whole mission is summed up in His words: “The Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many” (Mt 20:28). We are called to follow Jesus… we are called to love because Jesus first loved, and we are called to serve because Jesus first served.

Here at St. Joseph, there are many ways to serve. In fact, the life of our parish depends on its volunteers to operate smoothly and accomplish our goals. Join us after any Mass on September 24/25 to see where God is calling you to serve! We will have doughnuts, coffee and lemonade set up in the gym so you can snack and stroll through the ministry areas and chat with our staff.

New volunteers who sign up on this weekend will receive a FREE St. Joseph "Serve Like Jesus" T-shirt! Current volunteers, recruit a new volunteer and you and your new recruit will both get free T-shirts! (Current volunteers may also purchase a shirt for $5.)
