WEDDING COORDINATOR Wedding Coordinators support and guide wedding couples and their participants through their wedding rehearsal and wedding ceremony. Special qualities that Wedding Coordinators possess include: a strong faith and appreciation for the dignity of the Sacrament of Marriage; the ability to guide with gentile affirming confidence; and to coordinate an orderly time sequence leading into the ceremony. Training includes orientation, job shadowing and mentoring. Wedding Coordinators may serve solo or as a team of two. This is a great ministry for a married couple, mother/daughter, sisters or friends serving as a team or for an individual. Each wedding assignment requires a 4 to 5 hour commitment between the rehearsal and the wedding itself. Coordinators serve about once a month, according to their availability.
